Best Western Plus Brooklyn-Prospect Park

Very nice hotel in it's price range. Location is ok, 5 min walk to metro. Felt safe. Very good service, not something you can find every day in US. Rooms are clean and maintained. When I arrived hotel was fully booked, so I guess only disappointed people leave feedbacks , otherwise I can't explain so few reviews

Stood here last night, the very kind gentleman named Shanu very accommodating and respectful. He made sure my stay was comfortable and made my checking in easy. He takes his job serious and very genuine about his words. Highly recommend!!

Cozy but exceptionally clean establishment. Staff provides friendly & efficient service. Free breakfast was well-prepared and ample for my party of 3. Very limited but safe off-street parking available (recommend early arrival). Definitely a great value for Brooklyn!

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The staff here is very warm and helpful and always greet you with a smile. Monica at the front desk was always welcoming of any query and was very helpful in helping us with a late checkout. The team did not crib about extending our hours of checkout and gladly extending the time to help us checkout comfortably. The rooms were comfortable and the property was clean. It has the right amount of furniture including a desk for doing office work. The temperature was maintained well inside the rooms and the water was hot which was very welcome with the chilling weather outside. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel as a budget option considering its hospitality and great staff.

Loved! Front desk team are lovely, the rooms are amazing and cleaned daily. Safe area, hot breakfast, I can't wait to return My only dislike was the people in the room across from me yelling and speaking loudly and their child who screamed his lungs out for about 3 hours, it was a little stressful, but not the hotels fault at all

Front desk staff always giving 5 star service and very understanding even when I had an issue with my card. It's quiet and peaceful and the breakfast staff is excellent. I don't know the reason for low ratings but I've stayed here about 5 times and not a single complaint. Kudos to the team here keep up the excellent work. As for the complaints about the pillows yes they are folded into decorative pillows but once you unfold them they become regular pillows for sleeping.

While this is a minor inconvenience, it could be a hassle for some guests. Second the wifi, while free, is spotty and is not protected which could be a concern to patrons. Overall, the Best Western Plus hotel in Brooklyn is a decent option for those looking for a conveniently located, clean, and reasonably priced accommodation. While there are some minor drawbacks such as thin walls and unpacking pillows, I still believe it offers good value for money.

Quiet stay! Room was clean, beds were comfy, staff was nice, breakfast was good. I enjoyed the quiet the most, surprised, because the area is city noisy.
